Lead the shop fabrication of all frames, doors and hardware as needed to maintain the project schedule as outlined by the management team.
- Required to be substantially involved in the day-to-day production and management of shop fabrication, including the acquisition of materials and labor, to complete projects on schedule.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, WinBidPro and other software as needed to complete fabrication and other job duties.
- Daily use of equipment and power tools as needed to complete job duties.
- Use of PPE is required when using equipment and power tools.
- Provide daily communication to management/supervisors regarding project progression and scheduling. Including any potential problems, delays, incorrect parts etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor to ensure work is completed efficiently and a safe working environment is available for all employees.
